Corporate Administrator

The successful incumbent will join an expansive team and deliver a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, ensuring that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard. Duties include the maintenance of minute books, preparation and maintenance of statutory records, company resolutions and corporate certificates, and statutory filings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a financial or legal services institution.
- Responsive and client focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative.
Salary will be in the range of US$70,000.00 and US$90,000.00 per annum (commensurate with experience and qualifications) and will include a full range of premium benefits.
