Our client is a global leader, specializing in fund management and active wealth solutions. They are seeking a senior executive to lead Cayman operations with a dual focus: managing an existing book of business in funds and wealth management while driving commercial activity and new business initiatives. In this role, the successful incumbent will have both operational and strategic oversight with a focus on enhancing profitability and expanding the client base in a highly competitive market.

Requirements:
- Detailed technical knowledge of AML, CFT, and all related financial crime legislation, codes and regulatory guidance as well as industry best practice is essential.
- An excellent working knowledge of funds and investment services businesses, local trust and company laws and regulation is essential.
- Extensive wealth planning, corporate and fund services experience with significant expertise in technical trust, company, funds, investment, taxation and fiduciary matters.
- Proven track record of managing an office and dealing with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.
- Strong leadership skills are expected and are demonstrated by individual and team development and motivation, driving performance, embracing and driving through change initiatives and by adopting the business culture, values and behaviors.
