As a Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and meeting strategic goals for the Insurance and Fintech sectors across the Americas.This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract role.
Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, supporting practice development, and enhancing market competitiveness. You’ll manage business development plans, budgets, and partner BD initiatives, focusing on lead generation, pitch preparation, bid coaching, and cross-selling. Additionally, you’ll lead internal projects by designing strategic roadmaps, managing KPIs, and reporting on ROI. Collaboration with other internal departments such as marketing and service teams will be essential, as will mentoring direct reports to ensure successful project outcomes. This position is for a six (6) month fixed-term contract.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field such as business, communications, or law; advanced degree (MBA) desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of business development or consultancy experience, at least two years in a professional services environment at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., InterAction), web platforms (e.g., SharePoint), and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBi).
- Experience in legal marketing or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
