Global Head of Revenue

The Head of Revenue will oversee the efficient operation of credit control and billing functions, acting as the primary finance contact for executive-level WIP and debt reviews. Leading a team of approximately 15 specialists, the role involves managing both direct and matrix reporting staff, and the Head of Revenue will also be expected to implement, and continually enhance, standardized global processes, aligning them with industry best practices. Additional responsibilities include accurate financial reporting, developing KPIs to track working capital management efficiency, and managing relationships with external debt collection agencies and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (i.e., CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least five years’ experience within a law firm or professional services setting in a similar role.
• Strong people management skills with proven experience leading and developing billing and credit control teams, and the ability to deliver clear, accurate and relevant reports to aid decision making.
• Demonstrable experience leading billing and credit control improvement projects with the confidence to work closely with senior management and business executives.
