Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front of House / Administrator to oversee guest services at our client’s 26-unit condo complex. 
This role is responsible for welcoming all guests, handling bookings, addressing guest queries, and ensuring that each unit meets our high standards for cleanliness and maintenance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager on administrative tasks and maintain a positive, guest-centered environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Guest Services:
o    Meet and greet all guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
o    Facilitate guest check-ins and manage bookings efficiently.
o    Handle all guest inquiries, both over the phone and in person, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
•    Property Oversight:
o    Coordinate with cleaning and repair teams to ensure units are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards.
o    Conduct regular inspections of units to uphold property standards.
•    Administrative Support:
o    Assist the General Manager with various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and guest satisfaction follow-ups.
o    Update booking systems and maintain guest records accurately.
Requirements:
•    Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
•    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
•    Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with booking systems is a plus.
•    Positive, approachable attitude with a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
