HR Officer

Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and selection: maintaining job descriptions, processing recruitment advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews. The HR Officer will also handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary data, and assist with performance management by supporting annual performance assessments. The HR Officer will contribute to HR projects, such as data gathering for audits, employee development, and health and safety initiatives, as well as assist with HR administration tasks, including updating files, managing absence data, and processing employee-related documentation.

Requirements:
- Possess an Associate’s Degree in HR Management or a related subject.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR related matters.
- Have experience in recruitment, selection and orientation procedures, performance management and electronic HR systems/databases.
- Knowledge of HR software in order to record data and generate necessary reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly confidential environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
