Senior Compliance Analyst

Join our client’s well-established Compliance team as a Senior Compliance Analyst where you’ll play a pivotal role in assessing AML/CFT/CPF risk, oversee client onboarding, and ensure regulatory adherence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll supervise and support junior compliance staff, provide guidance on compliance obligations, and contribute to global projects, training initiatives, and audits.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong regulatory background and a passion for excellence in compliance practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in financial/professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree and a recognized compliance-related qualification (e.g., ACAMS, ICA).
• In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands AML/CFT/CPF regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint, Truth Technologies, and Aderant is advantageous.
