An exciting opportunity to join a new real estate company in the Cayman Islands. As a boutique operation, we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to work closely with our Managing Director.
This is a brand-new position for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Office Manager. The role requires a balance of sales expertise, office management skills, and concierge-level client service. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cayman office while working directly with the MD and liaising with a remote team abroad. Occasional travel to the sister islands and work outside standard hours may be required to provide an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct client meetings, close sales, and provide concierge-level services, including site visits.
• Represent the company professionally in interactions with high-net-worth clients.
Office Management:
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Cayman office.
• Collaborate with the MD and remote team to ensure consistent communication and support.
Social Media & Marketing:
• Manage and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Work to enhance the company’s online presence and client engagement strategies.
Flexibility & Adaptability:
• Be available for occasional travel to the sister islands and flexible with work hours, including weekends, as required.
• Self-Sufficient and Proactive: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently while taking initiative and managing tasks effectively.
• Sales Expertise: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate (though not essential).
• Social Media Knowledge: Background in managing social media campaigns is highly desirable.
• Mature and Professional: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth clients and adapt to various situations.
• Organised and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Client-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a concierge mindset, prioritizing the client experience.
• Flexible and Adaptable: Willing to work outside standard hours and travel when necessary.
