Senior Associate - Fund Wind Down

The purpose of the role will be to collaborate with senior management to oversee the operational and business activities of solvent private and mutual funds across diverse sectors.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing a comprehensive range of services for funds winding down, managing all aspects of fund operations (i.e., accounting, compliance) while collaborating with Portfolio Managers to understand investment strategies and divestment processes. You’ll be expected to review and execute complex valuation methodologies, maintain strong client relationships, address investor queries, and demonstrate awareness of relevant insolvency legislation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of financial services experience in the funds industry (Cayman Islands experience preferred).
• Professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and resolve issues proactively.
• Resilient under pressure, adaptable, and effective in managing challenging situations.
