Private Clients Manager

We are seeking an experienced Private Clients Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex trust and corporate structures for a highly reputable, multinational financial institution.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will manage relationships with clients and their advisors, handle the onboarding of new structures, and ensure all administration aligns with applicable laws and internal policies. You will play a critical role in maintaining a robust AML environment as well as drive revenue generation by managing profitability, recommending fee adjustments, and meeting agreed targets. You will be expected to mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and high performance within the team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in trust and company administration and hold a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP. Excellent communication and team management skills are essential.
