We are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our client’s well-established and growing Corporate Team.

In this role, you will oversee the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring excellence in client acceptance, ongoing administration, financial management, and the transfer or termination of entities. Your responsibilities will include incorporations, registrations, statutory filings, and liquidations, while maintaining high standards of client service and regulatory compliance. 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate administration role within professional services. An ICSA (CGI), STEP or other related qualification would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment and relevant laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CAP, CORIS, REEFS, Viewpoint. 
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach.
  • Consistently deliver high quality client service levels and develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Corporate Administrator

Overview:
We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our client’s corporate department, a leading offshore law firm in their Cayman Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of the firm and its associated businesses.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Preparation and filing of formation documents with the Registrar.
•    Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with routine administrative matters.
•    Maintenance of statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
•    Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence.
•    Assisting attorneys with the collection and processing AML/CFT documentation.
•    Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone.
•    Liaising with the firms’ wider operations teams.
 
Requirements:
•    Minimum two years’ proven experience as a Corporate Administrator or in a similar role.
•    A strong academic background, excellent organisational skills.
•    Knowledge of corporate governance principles and procedure.
•    Strong IT skills in MS Suite, ViewPoint, CAP, DITC and CORIS.
