Legal Research Analyst

The successful candidate will conduct in-depth legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and make informed recommendations. The incumbent will be required to draft and proofread legal documents, prepare court material, and maintain a comprehensive database of laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws degree or other legal qualification.
- At least 5 years working in a legal environment in the Cayman Islands.
- High level of analytical thinking with the ability to use independent judgment and make sound recommendations based on legal research.
- Detailed understanding of legal concepts, terminology, principles and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience in using a range of research methods and resources.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive material and legal issues.
