Leasing Administrator

The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the drafting and revision of legal documents, compiling and verifying transaction information, managing leasing records to ensure compliance, handling general correspondence with clients and government bodies, and preparing detailed leasing reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- A Legal Secretary is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ secretarial experience within a legal or corporate environment.
- Prior experience in drafting, amending and formatting leasing and other real estate documentation and reports.
- Proven experience with managing multiple tasks which would include producing a high volume of documentation on a daily basis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within team.
- Experience using Lands & Survey online and knowledge of Lands & Survey’s procedures for filing of real estate documents.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
