The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and proactively identifying and resolving any trust-related issues. The successful candidate will have a strong business development mindset, leveraging opportunities to grow the portfolio and cross-sell services, as well as the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of proven experience in administering trusts and companies.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for trust and company management.
- STEP qualification or a similar professional designation is preferred.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with cross-selling services and completing due diligence processes.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring team members.
- Ability to support team development and handle complex trust-related issues effectively.
