Head of IT Services

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of IT Services to oversee all technical operations and infrastructure. You will manage internal and cloud-based systems, develop and maintain vendor relationships, and work closely with the CISO to mitigate and report IT security risks to senior leadership and the Board. Your role will also involve leading incident, change, and problem management within an ITIL framework, and ensuring a comprehensive risk and IT management strategy is in place.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred), with a proven track record in IT strategy and leadership. Strong team management, communication, and budget management skills are essential, along with the ability to keep up with technology trends. You will also be responsible for developing a skilled IT team, driving projects, and supporting business continuity planning.
