We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team in a senior HR role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and wellbeing, assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures, coordinating the recruitment and selection process, and overseeing the HR and administration budget and audit process. The role also involves producing HR statistical reports, maintaining employee leave and training records, assisting with leave accruals, and managing payroll and benefits.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHP, or CIPD, would be beneficial. A proven track record in a similar HR role is essential.

The successful candidate will also possess exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. A sound understanding of Cayman Islands Employment Law, strong IT, language, analytical, and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage strict deadlines and maintain detailed reports, will be crucial to your success in this position.
