Position Overview:
Our Client, One of the Largest Top-Ranked Health Systems in the US is now looking for an International Representative to play a pivotal role in supporting their global mission, based in their new offices here in The Cayman Islands! 
 
The role will involve facilitating seamless experiences for international patients and visitors. This individual acts as the primary contact for prospective and returning patients, managing inquiries, providing information, and coordinating essential services such as travel, lodging, and appointment scheduling. 
 
The role also involves cultivating relationships with local medical practices and insurance brokers to foster patient referrals, while ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the office. The position is instrumental in representing the clinics values and delivering exceptional service to a diverse international clientele.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Patient and Visitor Services:
•    Serve as the central point of contact for international patients, assisting with appointment scheduling and transportation arrangements.
•    Provide general information about clinic services, travel, and lodging options.
•    Liaise with clinic appointment staff in the U.S.
•    Address patient inquiries related to billing, payment, and pharmacy matters in collaboration with internal departments.
•    Respond to special requests from international patients and resolve service recovery issues by involving appropriate resources.
Relationship Management:
•    Build and maintain relationships with local medical practices, insurance companies, and brokers to encourage patient referrals.
•    Coordinate engagement activities such as academic events to showcase the clinic’s services and expertise.
•    Partner with internal clinic teams, including marketing and alumni relations, to support demand generation activities in the region.
Office Administration and Operations:
•    Manage office operations, including maintaining budgets, processing supplier payments, and ensuring accurate administrative records.
•    Oversee petty cash and bank accounts, ensuring compliance with the clinic policies.
•    Coordinate with technology support teams and local providers to maintain office systems, including computers, phones, and internet services.
•    Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supports daily operations effectively.
 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree required.
•    Fluency in English, verbal and written.
 
Professional Experience and Skills:
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele, including high-profile individuals.
•    Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity in all interactions.
•    Strong organizational abilities, including time management and attention to detail.
•    Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
•    Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate patient needs.
