Junior Corporate Administrator

- Preparing and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
- Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with routine administrative matters
- Maintaining statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
- Assisting attorneys with the collection and processing of AML/CFT documentation
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
- Liaising with firm’s wider operations teams
- Strong academic background with a willingness to learn

Exceptional organisational skills combined with solid foundational IT proficiency
- Previous office administration experience essential
