Junior Corporate Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Administrator to join our client’s legal team based in the Cayman Islands. The post holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of the firm and its associated businesses.
 
Principal duties include:
  • Preparing and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
  • Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with routine administrative matters
  • Maintaining statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
  • Assisting attorneys with the collection and processing of AML/CFT documentation
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with firm’s wider operations teams
 
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background with a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional organisational skills combined with solid foundational IT proficiency
  • Previous office administration experience essential
