• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
• Maintaining daily office tasks, including filling, data entry and maintaining records.
• Assisting the alarm technician by keeping track of security equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stocked and maintained.
• Monitoring the alarm station.
• Answering phone calls and emails, assisting clients with inquiries, and providing information regarding services offered.
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivables.
• Assisting collecting payments from various vendors for NSS and submitting deposits.
• Assisting with computation of employee timesheets.
• Assisting with employee work permits, security license and employment letters.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you at the discretion of all directors.
• Two to three years’ experience in an office environment
• Proficient with office software in particular, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
