• Support procurement by researching vendors, managing new vendor setups, and tracking contracts
• Administer contracts by ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and assisting with vendor inquiries
• Assist in risk management by coordinating insurance enrollments and renewals
• Maintain organized records of executed agreements, purchase orders, and compliance documents
• A high school diploma or are working towards a business degree, preferred
• At least one year of administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for procurement optimization and process efficiency
