Regional Head of Marketing

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic marketing plans that integrate seamlessly with business development efforts as well as oversee a high-performing regional marketing team, ensuring the delivery of impactful campaigns, events, and communications.
In addition to overseeing the execution of high-profile events and communications strategies, this role demands a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity to maintain differentiation and relevance. The ideal candidate will act as a leader in the marketing discipline, championing the value of marketing across the firm and coaching senior management and business leaders as needed. With a keen focus on delivering results, they will also handle sensitive PR matters and drive opportunities to enhance the business’ brand in key markets.

Requirements:
- A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing related field is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience (preferably in professional or financial services) across all aspects of marketing.
- Credibility and ability to influence across all levels of the organization, especially senior leadership.
- Prior experience in developing and successfully implementing marketing strategies with a track record for success within high performance cultures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to develop and sustain professional relationships across disciplines and jurisdictions.
- A broad range of highly developed management skills including a demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and develop individuals and groups of employees.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels and deal with sensitive and strategically significant decisions.
- Demonstrable project management experience, including working within time/budget constraints and deadlines.
