We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant for our client, a global professional services firm to provide fund administration and accounting services to a portfolio of hedge funds, private equity funds, segregated portfolio companies, and special purpose vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
• NAV Calculation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual NAVs, ensuring accuracy in cash movements, capital transactions, and expenses.
• Investor & Fund Services: Maintain investor records, review allocations, and distribute NAV statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare audit support schedules and financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Compliance & Due Diligence: Conduct AML checks, process payments, and respond to investor inquiries.
• Service Provider Coordination: Act as the point of contact for auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as the role involves both internal and external client interaction and liaising with financial professionals. A demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines is essential, as is a willingness to work overtime when necessary. The candidate must also be computer literate.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Professional Designation: ACCA, CA, or CPA.
• Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a professional accounting firm or financial institution, specializing in investment products, fund structures, and complex financial instruments, including financial statement preparation and review.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills; experience with Paxus or similar fund accounting software is an advantage.
