The Senior Trust Officer will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures, ensuring top-tier service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders. The Senior Trust Officer will work on bespoke fiduciary services, delivering excellent client service and demonstrating strong technical expertise in complex transactions, while staying informed on current issues affecting fiduciary structures and clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of trust and estate laws, and company and fiduciary structures.
  • Working knowledge of Cayman Islands AML regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in AEOI and beneficial ownership (review, classification, due diligence) with a proficiency in CAP and CORIS.
  • Proven practice in administering complex trust accounts in high volume.
  • Ability to assimilate, prioritize, and process a high volume of client requests with rigid deadlines and to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting legal documents and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and solutions to meet clients’ trust and estate planning needs.
