We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Trust Officer to join our client’s Private Wealth Team. You will take direct administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures, ensuring premium service delivery to beneficiaries, clients, and intermediaries. You will help identify and mitigate risks across client portfolios while supporting the Senior Trust Officer and Trust Managers in delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, administering trust and company accounts in compliance with governing documents and regulations, and ensuring timely billing and receivables collection. You will also assist with establishing banking accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the creation of incorporation documents, minutes, and resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized trust qualification such as STEP, ACIB, or ICSA (or be working towards one) and possess 3-5 years of practical experience in offshore trust work or a related field. Strong knowledge of trust law, accounting, investments, and banking procedures, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills is essential, alongside the ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver top-tier client service under pressure.
